If you wish to have your account completed deleted, please understand that you will no longer have access to your account and may no longer have access to any templates you have saved or to the software you have purchased. However, if you decide to have your account deleted, you must contact us through the Laughingbird online support center.

If the changes are significant, we may provide a more prominent notice or get your consent, as required by law.

All Testimonials that appear on Laughingbird web sites have given permission to be included. Information that is presented to us will not be posted unless permission is granted.
Laughingbird is a worldwide service. By using Laughingbird, you authorize us to transfer and store your information outside your home country, including in the United States, for the purposes described in this policy. The privacy protections and the rights of authorities to access your information in these countries may not be the same as in your home country.
